Oga Tourist strives to provide high-quality tours and services. By booking a tour or package with us, you agree to the following terms:

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are accepted through our secure online system.

Cancellation and Changes

For Local & City Tours/Trips:
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date: Full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours to the tour date or no-shows: No refund
For Intercountry / International Tours/Trips:

Due to the complexity and advanced arrangements involved, the following cancellation schedule applies:

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking amount
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@ogatourist.com.

In case of visa denial (proof required), we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future tours at our discretion.

Changes by Oga Tourist

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, low group numbers, or other operational requirements. In such cases, you will be offered:

  • An alternative tour date, or
  • A full refund if no alternative is acceptable

Liability

Oga Tourist is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or transport delays.

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits where required. Oga Tourist will not be liable for denied entry or travel due to improper documentation.
